Who we are

This site is operated by Go Fair Trade (高芙商贸), trading as GoFair, from Shanghai, China. Our ICP filing (浙ICP备2026036964号-1) and public security filing (浙公网安备33050302000956号) are listed in the footer of every page.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. GoFair has no user accounts, no e-commerce checkout, and no payment processing on this website — when you get in touch through one of the channels below, you may share:

  • Your name and contact details (email address, WeChat ID, WhatsApp number).
  • Your company name and the product, volume, and destination details of your trade inquiry.
  • Anything else you choose to include in a message, email, or the online inquiry form.

How we use it

We use what you send us for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if it goes further, to prepare quotes, sourcing options, and trade documentation. We do not sell, rent, or use your information for advertising.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. A small number of service providers process it on our behalf, each under its own privacy terms:

  • Tencent Docs — hosts our online inquiry form.
  • WeCom (Tencent) — our official WeChat business channel.
  • Meta WhatsApp Business — our official WhatsApp channel.
  • Our email provider, for messages sent to hi@gofairtrade.com.cn.

We may also share information with logistics, customs, or banking partners where necessary to fulfil a confirmed order — never before you've agreed to work with us.

Where your data is processed

GoFair operates from China, so information you send us is processed there. If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, that message may also pass through servers outside China depending on your location and the service provider's infrastructure.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers of any kind. It stores exactly two small preferences in your browser's local storage — your light/dark theme choice and your language choice — which never leave your device and are never sent to our servers.

Your rights

Depending on where you're based, you may have rights under China's Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), the UK or EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Nigeria's Data Protection Act (NDPA), or an equivalent local law, including the right to:

  • Ask what information we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Object to or restrict how we use it.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
